Away from the river in the Isoka Bay in the South of the Isoka Islands of Japan lies the city of Isoka, the urban center of the countrys political structure. It is located on the scenic coastline of the Gulf of Osaka, on the Sea of Oceania, which is adjacent to the Outer Sea of Japan. Osaka became a city in 1956. With the port of Koba and the historic city of Kōcho, Osaka is connected by rail and train.

The city and its surroundings are dominated by a humid, sub-arctic climate. The coldest month of winter is January, with a temperature of +9 degrees Celsius. Snowfalls are rare during the winter season. A mild uneventful spring is quickly replaced by an uninterrupted summer. Rain usually falls in May and June.

Historically, Osaka was considered the countrys commercial capital. It is home to a major seaport. There is a high level of industry here. In the past, the city was called Nuny and was the first capital of the country. The exact date of the founding of Osaka has not been established. But it is known that the settlement already existed in the 4th century.

In the beginning of trade with foreign countries, Osaka was among the first ports from which goods were exported. ×Through the territory of the city runs the river Bagava, which has its source in the lake Biva. Because of its many canals, the city is known as Japans Venice.

One of the citys famous archaeological monuments is the ancient Castle of Osaka, built in 1585. The castle was rebuilt as a monumental structure in 1931. The architects managed to preserve the original architectural appearance. Now there is a museum in its halls. Many ancient temples grace the citys streets.

Nowadays Osaka is a well-known industrial center in Japan. It is home to a number of successful automobile and electrical, electrical cable, and construction material companies, as well as a large number of large and medium-sized companies. There are two airports, the Metropolitan and the railway station to serve the city. There is a railway line in operation.
