On the banks of the Red River lies the city of Hainan, the capital of Vietnam. Since August 2008, its territory has grown considerably with the addition of several provinces and districts. Hanoy, one of the largest cities in the world, is the political, cultural and educational center of Vietnam. From 1954 to 1976 it was the capital city of Northern Vietnam. It is home to the Le Cui Couy Donne University of Technology.

The citys origins can be traced back to 1010. At that time, Emperor Lee Tái Tái Tái ordered his subjects to establish a new settlement near the fortress of Daile. As a consequence, the capital of the state of Daikouyat was moved to its territory. The new city is called Thanglong, which translates as Soaring Draconian. As time passed, the name was changed to Khana.

The modern city is a large industrial center with a developed chemical, lightweight and mechanical engineering industries. In the early 60s of the 20th century, the head of Khans General Project was the Soviet archaeologist Aljolyer. Historically, the city was populated by small tradesmen and craftsmen. They have kept the ancient secrets of craftsmanship, passed down from the oldest to the youngest. The names of local streets can be used to describe the professions of local citizens. Some of the ancient names are Valery, Silversmith, Silk, Kuvvashennaya, and Verbatenaya. In 2010, Khana celebrated the 1,000th anniversary of its founding from 1 to 10 October.

In the northwest corner of the city lies Western Lake, whose shores are flanked by churches and palaces that were built in previous centuries. In 2003, after the invasion and extermination of the otter, the Otter Museum was established. One of the monuments of the World Heritage Site is the World Heritage Site, namely the central central part with the tower and the unfurling flag.

The architectural architectural complex of the President Hieh Minhs mausoleum includes the Hieh Minh Museum, the house on the ground, and the mausoleum itself. Most of the museums exhibits are about the president and the people of the country. The structure is in the form of a boat. The historic ensemble includes the Museum of the Holy Cross, built in 1049. It is located in the middle of the reservoir on a single stone hill. Equally significant are the Church of Literature, the Lake of the Returned Sword, and the Museum of Ethnology.
