Cordova is the second largest city in Argentina. It is located on the banks of Rio Primera, and right behind it are the Sierra de Córdova Mountains.

In our days, Córdova is a modern industrial center. The city center is unusually compact – its easy to walk around. The majority of the population of Córdoba is descended from Italian immigrants. The city is in a mildly sub-terrestrial climate. This climate is ideally suited for farming. Thats why Córdoba continues to grow kibble and lily even today.

Córdoba was founded in 1573 by the Spanish, led by the Henry Louis de Cabrera. The Spanish named the city after Spains Kordova. Corrada began to flourish immediately. It was helped by the fact that the Bolivian mines were nearby. Many beautiful architectural monuments appeared in the city during the ΧVΙ to ΧVΙ century. During this period there was even a theater in the city.

San Martin Square is considered the center of the city. Here are the most interesting restaurants, cafes and shops. You can see the monuments of the colonial era at the Kalyeu Oviso Trechos. And the main attraction of Córdoba is the citys seat of power, which is located on San Marrtín Square.

While looking around the city, the citys cathedral, which was built in the ΧVΙcentury, is a must-see. The cathedral evidently displays a mixture of different architectural styles. Also, you can see the National University of Cork, which was founded in 1613. Most of the monuments of the Victorian era are due to the brotherhood of the Jesuits.

In Kordovia there are car factories producing cars under the brands «Volkswagen» «Renault» and «Fiat». In addition, the city has agricultural machinery manufacturing companies. And after ΙΙWorld War II, Kordova became the center of aircraft building in Argentina. The city has many industrial buildings, and the edges of the city are covered with apple orchards.

Kordovia is known for its production of the traditional Catholic rosary. These rosary keys are necessary for a special prayer of St. John the Baptist. Rosary. They are a favorite purchase for the city.
