México – the capital of the México Associated States, is situated on a plate 2,234 meters above the sea level. Near the Saccolo – the central square of Mexico City, you will see the pyramid at the top of which were formerly the shrines of the Rain God and the Sun God. In the Museum of the Main Temple, located at the Pyramid, one can see many of the many objects found during the construction work in Mexico City. These include sculptures of the Warrior –Fire, a bas-relief depicting the Moon gods meshed body, and much more. Not far from the pyramid is the Wall of Stone Worms.

In front of the Soccalo, you will see the most beautiful buildings of the Colonial period as well as the structures of the ancient ancient ancient ancient Acectic capital – Tönötlön.

The most recognizable monument in Mexico City is the – Angel of Independence, rendered in the form of a gilded statue of the Victory Spearhead on a 46-meter high pedestal.

Much of Mexicos landmarks include the castle of Cherokee, which was built for the Spanish kings in 1785 and served as a license for the Mexican presidents until 1940. The castle now houses the Museum of History. In addition to its historical essays, the museum features works by famous Mexican artists such as Gorman and Siqueiros. In the greenery of the park is the best in Latin America, the Museum of Art and the National Museum of Anthropology. An interesting presentation can be seen outside the museum. The totanque Indians, bound by their feet, are circling their totanque wheel 20 meters above the ground.

Another feature of Máxico – the Latina Tower. At 44 stories high – 2,422 meters above sea level, there is a viewing platform from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the city. Built in 1950, the tower withstood the 1957 earthquake and was awarded a prize by the American Association of Building and Engineering.

For tourists, the freestyle wrestling competitions held at Arena Mexico are very popular. The wrestlers dressed in comic costumes and masks make this show fun and entertaining.
