Athenaeum – the capital of Greece and a city with a rich history that has had a great influence both in Europe and the world at large. Evidence of the importance and glory of Athene as an outstanding cultural center of the ancient world is provided by the descriptions of the city, which have survived to our days in ancient documents. Neither Alexander of Macedonia nor the Romans dared to destroy Athens, though they plundered it. Athenaeum is home to the spectacularly beautiful Acropolis and the magnificent Paphénon with its beautiful statue of Athenaeum, which to this day is a stunning sight to behold. It is a beautiful architectural ensemble in which each piece is an equivalent of the Proudhonne and still represents the greatness of Greek archaeology to this day.

And equally magnificent are the other remarkable features of Athénines: the Temple of Saint Thomas, adorned with paintings by Alexander – the statues of Athénée and Saint Thomas. The temple of Theseus, famous for its paintings by Poligmont & lamentations, and Amazomanomania & lamentations, and by Micanon & lamentations of Minos and Theseus & lamentations. The temple of Aphrodite of Orania, in which there is a monument of Parisian marble, the theater of Dionysus and the temple of Dioskouros. Also of interest is the painting of the Hermitage, featuring The Horseman, summoning Democracius, The Two Gods, and the Athenian Campaign at Manteantegna. The gardens on the banks of the river Ilis, and the non-cropolis of Ceramica with its high, beautiful monuments, are also unbelievably beautiful. To this day, the port city of Perea is an integral part of Athens.

The wealth of Perea prepared the visitors to Athens for its splendor and velocity. In the second half of the 5th century, the city was rebuilt. It was the first city in Greece where the streets were aligned at right angles to each other. Later, other Greek cities adopted this arrangement.

The historic statues of Artemis and Athena and the magnificent bronze statue of the nude youth, found in Pyrenees not far from the Great Port in 1959, also prove to be of great value, A statue of Apollo, dated to the end of the 6th century, and two marble gerres, replicating the Gate Keepers Statue – Hermès Petrellis work of Alcákamárna. All of these works of authentic art complete the picture of the artistry of Piraeus and Athenaeum itself from the literary literature, and are a testament to the virtues of God, The greatness and significance of this artistic center.

Today, Athens is a large modern megacity and is the cultural and economic center of Greece. The citys population is just over four million people – thats one-third of the countrys total population. The ancient city, located around Acropolis, occupies the area of Placa and Tisicio, and today, together with Colomacca, Syntagma Square and Lycakavit hills, is the tourist center of Athénines. On Sintagma Square are the parliament, the royal palace, and 19th-century buildings. Also, the citys largest neighborhood, Market Square, cant be beaten. Also worth seeing are three 19th-century buildings: the Old University of Athens, the Academy of Athens, and the National Library. They are considered to be the most beautiful buildings in the city. Its status as an educational center gives Athens its status as a large educational institution, The National Technical University (one of Europes largest universities) and the University of Economics in Athens (formerly the Graduate School of Economics and Mathematics).

Modern Athens has retained for its descendants that timeless beauty and spirit and is a Mecca for tourists from all over the world.
