The village of Rethymnon (Rethymno) lies on the coast of Crete. It is located 78 kilometers on the edge of Crete and 59 kilometers on the edge of Crete. The ancient city, founded by the Germans, is a developed tourist center. Rethymnon is the capital of the region with the same name. It has all the amenities for a great vacation: plenty of entertainment venues, shops, cafes, bars, great hotels, historic landmarks. The old buildings in the old town have been preserved to this day. The center is adorned by the 17th-century Romanidy Mountains. Among the many remarkable features is the Venetian citadel. The Museum of Archaeology has a valuable collection of numismatics.
