Its citizens are of different nationalities, including Serbians, Germans, Croatians, Romanians, Ukrainians, and Bulgarians. Their culture, life, and traditions are informative and fascinating to tourists. A well-developed transportation network makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. Tram, tram, and bus lines are available to citizens and visitors. Connections to other cities are by rail and road.

The first written records of the city date back to the 13th century. During the invasion of the Tatars, the settlement was razed. According to the documents, dating back to the 14th century, there was a fortress at that time. In 1307, by decree of Charles Robert, King of England, a palace was built there. In the mid-16th century the city was taken over by the Turks. For more than half a century, Tashkent was under the rule of the Ottoman Empire. Throughout the Turks period the city has changed dramatically. Its streets were filled with mosques. During the presidency of Gabsburg, the central part of the city was rebuilt with new baroque buildings. After the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Germans tried to control the city. In 1919, Timisoara became the city of Romania. The end of 30 years of the 20th century was marked by the opening of the newly built church – the Cathedral of St. Timisoara.

In the central square of Orrin, the 18th-century Baroque Catholic cathedral and the Orthodox Church, built in the early 19th century, with a collection of icons. The Huiadi Palace, which was rebuilt after a fire for about a century, is home to the Romanian Museum, the Banatata Provincial Museum, with exhibits that testify to the history, ethnography and culture of the local area. On the banks of the River Bega, a marvelous park of roses with many varieties of invasive rose bushes is located on the riverbank.
