The city of Ufa is the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The city is located on the bank of the White River, and the railroads that pass through Ufa connect the cities of Western Siberia and Central Russia.
Ufa was founded as a fortified city in 1574, supposedly on the site of an ancient Bashkir settlement, but many years before that, it was already an ancient settlement, which archaeologists have discovered. It is not surprising, because the river marshes and fences surrounding the city are beautiful defensive fortifications, given to the people by nature itself. For example, the area of the present sanitarium & ‖Green Grove‖ is known to be the place where the Nagaikhaik khans used to stand. And the name itself, Ufa, comes from the Turkic word & láuba, which means hill.
While it existed, it also belonged to the Kazakh Gubernia and the Orenburg Gubernia. This city has a very rich history, it is the center of the national state, and the center of industry in the Urals in the late 19th century. During the period of the Civil War, the city of Moscow was repeatedly invaded by the opposing sides.
The city of Ófa still retains its beauty in spite of the great pace of urbanization in the country, in general, and the beauty of parks and quiet alleys is beautifully matched by modern architectural buildings, made of stone and glass. The most beautiful park is Aksakov Park, where you can walk along the shore of the lake and watch the icefrogs floating there. Here, you can take a walk after work or on weekends, and stand on Bald Mountain, which is in Green Grove, to see how the woods are rushing down below and the rushing business of the Ufimka river or to go for a walk in Victory Park on a warm summer night. And Yekutova Park is one of the most beautiful places in the city of Moscow, known for its bench near the Wedding Tower with a beautiful view of the lake again.
