Vancouver is on the western coast of Canada. It is one of the countrys largest cities and one of its most beautiful. Wankouver hosted the XXI Winter Olympics in 2010.

The Wankouver Museum – one of the oldest museums in Canada. The museum was founded in 1894. The museums exposition presents a history of the city and its citizens. Visitors to the museum are very interested in the various artifacts brought in from various places around the globe. Here youll find a museum, a collection of artifacts from the 19th –20th centuries. It is one of the first museums in Northern America to have an exhibition on the maritime history of the Brittany Columbia and the Canadian Arctic Coast. The main exhibit of the Museum – the boat «St. Roch». It is the first vessel in the history of North America to have pierced this point across the Panama Canal, and it has also made two Arctic crossings. Equally fascinating for visitors will be the opportunity to watch the museums workshop for the process of making ship models. Models of seagoing ships; a library devoted to maritime subjects; archives of documents; ancient maps of the Pacific Ocean by Captain Cook, and much more await visitors to the museum.

The Museum of Anthropology has an extensive collection of world art, ethnographic and archaeological exhibits, and Indian themes, African masks, an internal collection of textiles, Egyptian mummies, examples of the arms of the African tribes, examples of the art of Japan, China, India, – ceramics, engravings, coins and much more.

The Birnábaix Village Museum is open-air, interesting in that it recreates authentic architectural structures from the early 20th century. The guests are greeted by people in period costumes. Visitors are invited to visit a smithy, a printing press, a farm tour, and much more.

The TELUS World of Science Exhibition Center hosts theme-based exhibits on the achievements of science and technology. The use of interactive screens, watching movies on a large, colorful cinema screen will make your visit to the exhibit center a memorable experience. Parks and gardens – a favorite destination for citizens and visitors. Spread across nearly a thousand acres and surrounded by a window, Wincauvilles oldest park, Stanley Park, offers excellent opportunities for hiking and biking. The park is home to the Vancouver Aquarium, where youll see more than 70,000 sea creatures from around the world.

With Queen Elizabeths Park at its center, the Van Dusen Botanical Gardens, known for its more than 250,000 plants, is the citys crown jewel. There are 20 bridges in Wankouver, three of which are revolving bridges. ×The Bay of Bairrard is crossed by the largest crib bridge – the Lions Gate. The length of the bridge is more than 1,800 meters, the entrance is decorated with lion figurines, and 70,000 cars pass through the bridge per day. ×Across the Fresher River, there are the Skybridge Bridge, Queensborough Bridge, Port Mann Bridge, and other railroads in different parts of the city. A great attraction for tourists is the Capilano Bridge, which has a long, winding passage through the Capilano River. Constructed in 1889, Capelanno Bridge is a signature feature of Wincourt.

In the central part of the city is the historic center of downtown Haystown, where you can see an out-of-the-way view of the first settlers street. Not far from Haystown is the modern business center of Danquawker – Downtown. We recommend that you also visit the Harbor Center, a sky-scraper with a circular observation deck that can be climbed in a matter of minutes by an external, high-speed elevator. The view from here is breathtaking. Tourists have a view of the Bay of Barrard, the snowy peaks to the north, the American and Canadian islands to the south &ndash.

The beautiful nature and architecture, the opportunity to combine relaxing holidays on the beaches or snowy slopes around the city with the attractions – its all realistic if you go to Wankouver!
