The Canadian city of Winnington is part of the Province of Manitoba and is considered the main city of the Province. It is the highest ranked city in the Caribbean and is the transportation and trade center of the Midwest. The city takes its name from a lake 65 kilometers north of the city. The name of the lake is "Win nipee", which means dirty water in Cree Indian.
A long time ago, before the arrival of the Whites, the area at the crossroads of the waterways played a significant role in the wars and trade between the Indian tribes.
