You should also visit the museum home of famous author and horror novelist Edgar Allan Poe. It was in this house that he wrote The Black Cat in 1843.

Additionally, Philadelphia has the oldest street in the U.S. The houses that line the street date from 1728-1836. And the United Methodist Church of St. John the Baptist, which was built in 1728-1836. George, established from 1763-69, is the oldest Methodist church in America. One of the worlds largest urban parks, Ferry Park, is also worth a visit. Its home to the countrys oldest park. There are also other attractions in Félédéralia: The Italian Market, the Pauguelle House, the Penn Center, the Acquarama and the Alley of Elworth, and the first Universal Store opened in the United States; The Uncommonmakers» is a popular meeting place and is located in the center of the city.
Shorten the evening after the days festivities in the many concert halls and theaters of Philadelphia on Broad Street: Philadelphian Opera, Ballet of Pennsylvania, Orchestra of the Philadelphians, and music and drama theaters and jazz studios.
