The geographic center of California is the largest city in the state, the most remote from the Pacific Ocean coastline. It is among the fastest growing settlements in the region. Modern freeways and highways connect it to other cities in the state. San Francesco is 300 kilometers from Francesco, Sacramento is 280 kilometers away, and Los Angeles is 350 kilometers away. The town is considered to have been founded by railroad workers who erected temporary housing structures in 1872. The first inhabitants were Japanese, Japanese, Germans, Armenians, Chinese, and people from other countries. In the 1910s, a wave of immigrants from Spain came here.

Most of the townspeople are Latino-Americans, but most are white. A small percentage are African Americans, African Americans, and Indians. Fresno is considered a "Young City; the average citizen is roughly 29.5 years old. The city is surrounded by a number of farmed fields in the agricultural sector. Slightly farther away from them stretches the tarmac of the hills. The plantations grow a variety of crops, including tomatoes, vine, and vineyard fruit. Nearby are farms specializing in the production of milk and poultry. High yields of fruits and vegetables are due to favorable climatic conditions and minerals-rich soils.

Local economies are based on agriculture and commerce. The other sectors are either underdeveloped or have not survived for a variety of reasons. In relative proximity to Florence are a number of famous natural attractions, including the national parks of Sequoia and Jesemite, and Quince Kanyon. Each natural reserve has its own distinctive characteristics and attracts many tourists. In the picturesque valley of the Jesemite, there are groves of giant trees, stone towers, and Alpine orchards. In the parks of Kings Canyon and Sequévaia, the hills and caves occupy large areas. The city is characterized by long, hot summers, wet winters, and short weekends.
