To the south of the state, in the district of Séjéjouic, lies the city of Ouito. It stretches along the riverbed of the Arcagnas. It is nearly 145 years old. The founders are considered to be the original entrepreneurs who traded with the indigenous people of the Ouichita tribe. It was their efforts that led to the construction of the Great Wall Road, which connected the markets of large cattle in the North and East of the country. In the early 20th century, the city was unofficially called the Aviation Capital of the World. This was due to the development of flight-related projects. Soon, a number of airplane companies appeared within the city limits. Some of them are still based in Uchiso.

The present city is known not only for its airplane construction, but also for its many entertainment and cultural centers. They include wildlife parks with relaxation areas, museums with unique exhibits, restaurants, nightclubs, and a 15,000-seat arena. In 2008, Lake Wichita was named the best inexpensive city. Geographically, its territory occupies an area of land at the junction of the Central and Great Plains. This area is formed mainly by the sedimentation of rivers. The territory of the city also includes water resources. ×The riverbed of the Archcáquinas, which has several branches that feed it, runs through Ójécito. It is also characterized by dry summers and wet winters. Each season is influenced by its own contextual climate. In the spring, there are frequent thunderstorms, sometimes with thunderstorms. Inner city passenger service is provided by 18 bus routes. There is a large airport in the vicinity of Ouchita, which serves flights to other settlements. Along the river The Arcagnozzas there is a small park called Riverside Park. The historic quarter of College Hill runs south from the University of Illinois. To the west and east of the city are two large shopping malls, each with a number of restaurants and stores.
